5560 Packard

Situated in Mid-City, 5560 Packard was purchased in November 2020. This six-unit structure, spanning 5,380 square feet and constructed in 1948, required extensive refurbishment at acquisition. The building underwent substantial upgrades, focusing on both its core infrastructure and aesthetic enhancements. The renovation was completed in 2023 with the construction of two new ground-up ADUs, adding to much needed housing stock in Los Angeles and boosting the property's unit count from six to eight.
